My name is Chet Meeks. I grew up in Rawlins, Wyoming, where my family still lives. I graduated from the University of Wyoming (BS) and the University at Albany, SUNY (PhD). I was diagnosed with Colon Cancer in 2005. I am using this blog to keep my friends and family up-to-date on my condition, and sometimes to comment on current events.

Hey, what a cool picture! A great picture of you, and yeah, who is your friend? He's cute too! And who took the picture? I'm just full of questions....but if you can, send the picture to me via email ok. How's the world treating you anyway? Good I hope. All is okay here, just work and more work! I am having a good time working on your "March Balloons" though. I am determined to get it finished ASAP so I can give it to you of course. Sorry I didn't call last night, spaced it out until it was 8:15 & thought you'd probably be in bed. I will call you tomorrow and we'll visit ok. I love and miss you. Give Tashe a hug for me.

yes jakey that's an old picture. it's of the frog (and me) at the atlanta botanical gardens. it was taken by my friend nancy when she visited me in january.
